Before I lay down the details of placing your orders with us, we will like to thank you for your continuous support all this while. We could not have done it without everyone’s support in our made-from-the-heart handmade stuffs.
Here are a few steps for you to follow in order to place your order with us :-
Do drop us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org by :-
( 1 ) Telling us which piece you will like to place on order for
( 2 ) Number of pieces which you will like to order
( 3 ) Measurement of your wrist (bracelet) or/and length of the necklace
As you already know, we also welcome custom orders. A quote will be given to you should you before we start the process of putting everything together into one awesome piece!
An invoice will be e-mailed to you once we have confirmed the products availability.
The invoice will have the payment details which will enable you to make payment to us easily. Payment can be made to our Maybank or CIMB account.
We will e-mail you a receipt acknowledging payment has been made to us. We will need between 2 to 3 days after payment is made, to complete your piece(s). Do let us know beforehand should you need your piece(s) urgently and we shall try our best to meet the deadline. 🙂
Delivery will normally take 1 to 2 working days should you opt for Express Delivery; which is Poslaju.
Meanwhile, AR Registered will take between 3 to 5 working days.
NOTE : It is most advisable for you to opt for Poslaju in order to enable you to track the status of your parcel through Pos Malaysia’s website.
